1. When will my order be shipped?
Order processing time is 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on location and other shipping factors such as weather conditions. We will email you updates on the status of your order.
2. How much is shipping?
The standard shipping rate at Toneyking is $6.99 for all orders, applicable to all shipping locations within the United States.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, after your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can stay updated on the delivery of your order.
4. Can I return the item if it doesn’t fit or isn’t to my liking?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item, as long as it is unused, unwashed and has all the tags attached. Please contact us via email to initiate the return process.
5. What should I do if the item is defective or damaged?
If the item you received is defective or damaged during shipping, please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the defective item. We will review and assist you promptly.
6. What payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via PayPal and Payoneer. Both methods are safe and convenient for you to make transactions.
7. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. Please contact us via email to request a cancellation.
8. What if I have not received my refund?
If you have returned the item and have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company for further details. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact us via email for assistance.
9. Does Toneyking ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
10. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the address.
